The Val-d'Or Native Friendship Centre is a non-profit community organisation managed by the General Assembly of members. The General Assembly elects a Board of Directors made up of Aboriginal directors including one youth representative, and one non Aboriginal director. The general Assembly also determines each year the priorities to be achieved by the Board of Directors.
