BACKGROUND
Expanding the building in 2002 allowed for the implementation of the Abinodjic-Miguam Day Care Centre, which occupies the first floor of the addition, and part of the second floor. On the third floor, modern and sunny conference rooms were added to our services. In 2006, the Friendship Centre took up the challenge of going into a partnership with a private business owner, which was to rent space for the addition of a Hair Salon, a plus in terms of available services.

ABINODJIC-MIGUAM EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE
Native Friendship Centre’s privileged partner, the Abinodjic-Miguam Early Childhood Centre offers much more than daycare and family childcare services. It is a place of cultural sharing where Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children and parents learn to better know each other and experience new teachings and knowledge, under the attentive care of a qualified staff.
