Le Centre d’amitié autochtone de Val-d’Or organise chaque année la Semaine d’actions contre le racisme, qui propose une programmation d’activités tenues en mars en collaboration avec plusieurs partenaires. Cette campagne de sensibilisation culmine avec la Marche Gabriel-Commanda, une manifestation de solidarité qui rallie la population autour de cet enjeu de société.
La marche aura lieu cette année, le 19 mars 2026, dès 13 h, à la Place Agnico Eagle.

The Val-d’Or Native Friendship Centre hosts the annual Week of Action Against Racism, which features a series of activities held in March in collaboration with several partners. This awareness campaign culminates in the Gabriel Commanda Walk, a demonstration of solidarity that brings the community together around this important social issue.
This year, the walk will take place on March 19, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m., at Place Agnico Eagle.
